Alright so technically it wasn't Amanda and Wes' anniversary but I'm going to go ahead and call about a year and a half of marriage something to celebrate! Caity and I met Amanda and Wes at Waterfront Park near that famed pineapple fountain for their session in mid-December. They were our giveaway winners and we couldn't have gotten luckier! They were so precious and definitely oozed southern hospitality. 

We didn't get to meet their Golden Retriever, Lacie Mae, but we definitely shared dog-mom stories. Amanda and Wes are serious DIYers and unlike me, they're GOOD at it. Seriously good. I'm talkin' chair rail, a kitchen makeover and some really gorgeous custom furniture. They met playing on a co-ed softball team and are enjoying their newlywed lives as northern transplants in South Carolina. We really cherish the opportunity to meet and photograph Amanda and Wes and wish them all the best as they hope to start their family in the near future. Mr. and Mrs. Matheny, we hope our paths will cross again in the future and will definitely be following your love story for a long time!
