If these two look familiar, you're not going crazy! I photographed Anna and Darian just a few weeks back in Washington, D.C. at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial. Their sunrise D.C. engagement session was just the first part of our adventure together.
You can read more about why this couple and their upcoming wedding mean so much to me on my original blog post for their first engagement session. But they're breaking records. This is the first SSP couple to do two separate engagement sessions!
Anna and Darian live in Alexandria and love the D.C. metro area. So naturally we shot there first because it's a big part of who they are today as an engaged couple. But... rewind a bit... and their story starts in State College, Pennsylvania. So of course, we planned for their second engagement session to be at Penn State University where they (... we all) met! Darian proposed at the Arboretum on the north side of campus where we finished our session.
Caity and I got to co-shoot this session again back in the place that brought all four of us together. Cait Kramer Photography and I will be co-shooting Anna and Darian's July 2019 wedding at Historic Acres of Hershey! I'm really loving the way we're teaming up for our friends because we work together so often that it's really effortless.
Enjoy some of my favorites from this sunset State College engagement session and then pop over to Caity's blog to see her favorites too!!!!
