Christmas Mini Session Preparation Guidance
Location
The studio is located at 925 Keller Dr., Red Lion, PA 17356. You must access Keller Dr. from Cape Horn Rd. no matter what Google Maps tries to tell you. There is a gated neighborhood behind us and you cannot access Keller Dr. from that direction. Please refer to the map in your reminder email that will arrive before your session.
There is ample parking, please just be mindful of other clients when choosing a space and use caution in the driveway as there will be small children attending these minis! To see a studio tour visit THIS INSTAGRAM HIGHLIGHT.
Timing
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time. Come on in the studio door when you arrive, make yourselves comfortable, dress your littles if you need to, feel free to use the restroom and be ready for your time-slot. If you arrive late, due to the nature of mini sessions, you may need to wait until there is a free slot to begin your session.
Children
Please try to prepare your children as best as possible! Depending on their age this may mean flexing naps to squeeze one in before you arrive, making sure they have snacks and aren’t hangry for their session, talking to them about what it means to be photographed for portraits and ensuring you wipe their faces clean (eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks).
Attire
With this set, warm color tones are going to photograph best. Light blues, bright pink and pastels just won’t look as nice with this set. UNFORTUNATELY! You know I looooove a bright pink or pastel moment. Creams, reds, greens, mustard and navy will look best but it’s important to me that clients’ feel like they’re comfortable and can express themselves. If you have something you want your family to wear - go for it. Below are just some suggestions of color schemes that would look great if you need some help visually. This is the moment for those rich jewel tones and classic Christmas colors.
Please try to avoid clothing with large logos or graphics.
