Sara and Mike were the most incredibly joyful couple to work with throughout the entire process. They are very obviously made for each other - you can see it in the way they smile at each other. I love how Mike is so attentive in making sure that he's caring for Sara in whatever way she needs. Meanwhile, Sara is the funniest, most down-to-earth bride that I have ever worked with and she oozes grace and joy. {There's that word again... joy... it really does describe the new Mr. and Mrs. Spivak perfectly.} Their wedding at the beautiful Carriage House at Rockwood Park was stunning. I even teared up a bit during their ceremony. They share a love that we can all envy. I loved capturing their wedding day, meeting their friends and family and dancing with the whole crowd.

The icing on the cake of this really, really special day was that PENN STATE FOOTBALL WIN! Yes... almost all of the people involved in Mike and Sara's wedding day are proud Nittany Lions (including myself and my second shooter, Caity). It was alumni heaven. Caity and I arrived back at my house to cull through and post sneak peeks during the fourth quarter of the game - Penn State vs. Iowa - on Saturday night. How about that final seven seconds!?!?! A win was the perfect gift to the new Spivak's! Enjoy some of my favorite shots from their wedding day!
