Wilmington Delaware Summer Engagement Session | Brooke + Jonathan

Brooke and Jonathan were just one of my couples affected by COVID-19 postponements. They are located in Delaware and for a while, I wasn’t even permitted in the state as a Pennsylvanian so we had to move their engagement session several times and after months of working together, I was so grateful and excited to meet up with them last week!

They have deep ties to Wilmington, Delaware and so it was only fitting that their engagement session involved both a beautiful family property, a stunning historic garden, the project that brought them together and views of the Wilmington skyline!

Brooke and Jonathan are so regal. I think I told them that 100 times during their session. They are also gorgeous and clearly have wonderful style. But truly the best part about photographing these two is how kind and sweet they are.

While they’ve had to postpone their large reception on the Delaware waterfront, they will still exchange vows in an intimate ceremony with a really special dinner in Rehoboth on the bay in October. I cannot wait but in the meantime… enjoy some of my favorites from their engagement session!
