Philadelphia Art Museum Summer Engagement Session | Megan and Dennis
This session was so fun! Meg and Denny are so funny and I was laughing the entire time. We also had the most perfect weather and these two are beautiful, kind and sweet. What more could a photographer ask for?!
I met up with Megan and Dennis to capture this important time for them and celebrate their engagement. It was important to them to have a taste of Philadelphia in their images so the Art Museum area was absolutely perfect for our session. After a lot of postponements due to COVID-19, they could not have been any more gracious and understanding. I was so happy to be able to finally get these images captured for them to enjoy!
A part of why the engagement session is so important to my couple’s wedding experience with me is actually the fact that it gives me a chance to really get to know them as a couple. I spend a lot of time, while photographing them, watching how they interact and how they communicate. I think it makes me a more effective photographer and able to really give them photos that reflect their personalities. Well… these two are ADORABLE 24/7. I loved watching how they made each other laugh, helped each other and lifted each other up with compliments. I think their adoration for each other shows through the images!
They will be married in Doylestown, Bucks County, next summer - an event that I fully anticipate to be absolutely stunning! But until that gorgeous day, enjoy some of my favorites from their engagement session!
