A Wintertime Greystone Hall Engagement Session | Kacey + Mark
When I first connected with Kacey, I knew we’d be a great fit to work together right off of the bat. And then it turned out that Mark and I had some mutual friends from us growing up in the same area! SMALL WORLD.
Much like marriage, your relationship with your wedding photographer should feel like a strong, solid, fun experience where you mutually understand each other. As I transition into more intimate weddings and elopements and savor what feels special and good to me in this season of life, Kacey and Mark are such a joy to work with. She was so sweet to text me after their session and let me know that all of my probably very weird, awkward talking for their entire session and dumb jokes (my words, not hers) made them feel comfortable in front of the camera. Whew! Thank goodness!
They want the good stuff in life for themselves, each other and for their wedding day. They love spending time at their forever home with their precious pups and hosting get-togethers with their favorite people. They’re planning a small, special celebration at home (which means a great deal to them!!!) and then a party at the beautiful and historic Greystone Hall nearby to give thanks for their families and friends.
We met up to document their engagement and get to know each other on a chilly February day at Greystone. The estate is beautiful in the winter so I cannot waaaaait to see how stunning it is when the warm summer sun is shining, flowers are in bloom and there’s finally some green grass back in our lives!
Enjoy some of my favorites from Kacey and Mark’s engagement session! K+M, thank you for trusting me with your memories and I cannot wait until your June wedding day(s)!
